DESIGNS BY FARWAH - Invitations, Packaging & Stationery
My journey with Designs by Farwah began with a personal need for unique and well designed stationary.
As a personal project (and starting new projects is my weakness!), I decided to take one of my prints “Spring” and have it screen-printed on textured, grain card stock. I then personalized and sent my first design out to close family and friends as Eid gifts - the response I got was overwhelming! It was at this point that the seed was sown to start my own business, Designs by Farwah, in 2013.
Through my designs I wanted to create a revival in the art of giving personalized notes, invitations and branding with my signature process. Make well-designed everyday money envelopes, cards and gifts accessible.
My products line increased and so did my retail presence. I now sell stationery boxes in shops across Pakistan.
With mass customisation grew the personalised service business. Each invitation and packaging solution is carefully thought out, a design brief is prepared, mockups and prototypes drawn and made before final product is delivered to customers. The need - be it a tropical forest theme or using a famous painting or pouches to give chocolates - the end user, the process and maker are given equal attention.
